We provide a service for both short and long stays, although we would ask that accounts are settled monthly for long term residents.
We are happy to conduct inspection tours, but if you intend to visit outside normal viewing times please make an appointment first.

In exceptional circumstances reception and collection at other times can be arranged. Please always ring first in order you do not disturb the residents.
Visitors are politely requested not to touch any cat other than their own.
We make every effort to keep our charges reasonable and affordable but we must reserve the right to make a small annual increase if costs make it necessary.
At Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum fee will be equivalent to five days boarded.
